How can I use Husom & Rose images? All content on this site is copyright. This included all images, sounds, QuickTime, text, designs and logos. Images and all other content may not be used from this web site unless they are purchased by the user. All images purchased on a CD-ROM or individually, are royalty free. There are no additional charges for use or reuse of an image. Images may be used in print for: advertising, brochures, publications, newsletters, direct mail, point of purchase, packaging and hundreds of other uses. For web, multimedia or video the images may be used on a web site, TV broadcast, CD-ROM production, kiosk and many more uses. Yes you can make money from the images. And yes you can bill the cost of images to your clients as a part of design or creative services but we retain the copyright on all of our photos. (You don't even have to credit us - however it would be nice if you did) The only restriction on our images is that they may not be resold, given away, placed on a CD-ROM, DVD, or posted on the Internet as stock images or clip art. They also may not be used in any form for pornographic, derogatory, racist or any other unlawful use. How is my privacy protected? We do not sell, give away or trade our mailing lists to any other companies. Nor, do we store credit card information on our computers; we use PayPal for all of our online credit card purchases. Your information is safe with us! |
