If you are heading to Red Wing and Western Wisconsin for the Studio Ramble this weekend be aware that Highway 94 east of downtown St. Paul is closed from Friday, April 25, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Monday, April 28 from I-35E and I-94 to Mounds Boulevard. From the Cities take 494 to highway 61/10 and follow 10 to Prescott Wisconsin and then Wisconsin 35 along the river to the Ramble. Or stay on 61 through Hastings to Red Wing.
